Developer Tech Lead (Málaga, Spain)

We are looking for a skilled Tech Lead to mentor our Full Stack Developers in our Málaga team. This role requires knowing your way around modern technologies and programming techniques, the latest tech stacks, and design architecture. As a Team Lead, you will also inspire and motivate a high-performing team to achieve great results, while supporting individual growth and development. Join us!
What we’re looking for:
- You have previously worked as a Senior Software Developer/Full Stack Developer.
- You have a problem-solving attitude, enjoy working in teams, and you know how to make technical concepts understandable to people with diverse backgrounds.
- Expertise in modern frontend and backend technologies from previous positions.
- High level of knowledge about web applications and web standards.
- A diverse range of experience with a variety of programming languages and different tools
- Professional working proficiency in English.
We appreciate it if:
- You have previously worked as a consultant.
- You have experience in managing cross-functional team , serving as a technical mentor and a leader.
- You have experience programming with several languages, such as React and JavaScript
- You use containers and cloud technology solutions such as AWS or Google Cloud.
- You have experience from wide environments with a considerable amount of users.
