What You’ll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the
friendly voice supporting customers via inbound calls. We’ll train you to handle sensitive information with care,
answer questions about programs, and provide
clarity and next steps to those in need. Using our robust knowledge
base, you’ll deliver exceptional service while documenting every case
you touch. Your key responsibilities include:
- Address inquiries about programs, and related services.
- Provide clear answers and actionable next steps, guided by the comprehensive training we provide.
- Handle sensitive customer information with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Document every case accurately and thoroughly in our ticketing software, ensuring exceptional follow-through.
- Delight callers with patience, empathy, and top-tier support—turning complex issues into simple solutions.
What We’re Looking For
- Communication Pro: Clear, confident, and friendly, with the ability to explain solutions.
- Multitasking Talent: Comfortable typing while talking (35+ WPM preferred).
- Customer Focus: A passion for helping others with patience and a positive attitude.
- Tech Savvy: Basic computer skills; Microsoft Office knowledge is a plus.
- Reliability: Self-motivated and ready to shine as part of our team.

Job Details
- Location: Remote/USA
- Equipment: You will be supplied with equipment.
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM—no nights or weekends!
- Start Date: 1–2 weeks after offer due to thorough background checks (we’re building a top-tier team!).
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $24 - $34/hour—competitive and based on your skills and experience.
- PTO: Up to 9.6 days (76.96 hours) in your first year.
